Sparky

Sparky the interactive animatronic dog was my senior capstone project at Carnegie Mellon University. I was the team leader and Solidworks designer.


-Sparky has 5DOF, tail wagging, arm, neck, eye, mouth movements.
-We used 80-20 for body structure, acrylic shell, 3D printed eyes, and Hi Tec  hobby servos.
-Picam and Arduino Mega were used to color track an object and translate to neck and eye movement
